Selwyn Pellett

Selwyn has spent 43 years in technology companies, 32 of them in leadership positions. Starting in multinational corporates, he's applied that experience as founder and CEO of multiple businesses. Along the way he's been through multiple capital raises. Most notably taking Endace to IPO on AIM in 2005, and building Coretex through a series of four mergers and acquisitions to an eventual sale to EROAD in 2021.

In addition to running companies and investing Selwyn has advised multiple governments on how to nurture technology companies to create high value jobs in New Zealand. He helped found the NZ Hi-Tech Awards and was inducted into the NZ Hi-Tech Hall of Fame as a Flying Kiwi for his commitment to the industry.

Today Selwyn is on the board of EROAD, Streamline, Bailey Ventures, Sway Tech and Aegis Ceramic Coatings. 

Bob Pinchin

Bob has 30+ years’ experience in the tech sector in the UK and New Zealand, in sales, management and at board level. He was CEO of tech publishing company IDG Communications before being a co-founder of tech marketing company Swaytech. He’s been a director of three companies, chair of the Magazine Publishers Association, spent six years on the NZ Tech Board and is the founder and original co-chair of the Tech Marketers Group.

Bob has a strong sales background. He has worked with and provided advice to more than 50 New Zealand tech companies, including work on numerous information memorandums and pitch documents, corporate and investor communications, and brand launches and redevelopment. He has extensive media connections both locally and internationally and is well-connected in the local and international VC and high-net worth individual investor markets.
